The communication with the seller was very smooth and the seller usually responded within few hours if not minutes. The seller was also kind and respectful. They answered all of my questions, sent extra pictures of the watch, and made sure that the invoice had all the information my insurance company needed to cover the watch. The watch is amazing. Came with the original brand new packaging and a manufacturer warranty card that was stamped only a few weeks before I purchased the watch. The only negative was that it was shipped via FedEx ground shipping so it took almost a week to arrive and the box arrived slightly damaged. However, the seller did a great packaging job so the contents of the package were still pristine. Will buy from this seller again.
