There wasn't any need for communication with the seller as I had been looking for this watch model for some time and felt like the price was fair and so decided to go ahead and make the purchase. The shipping although not what we consider fast in the era of Amazon Prime, it nonetheless, was completely acceptable considering covid-19 and it was a holiday weekend. The watch was in excellent condition and I like that they also included an authenticity guarantee and a one-year warranty. Would absolutely do business with them again!
